In the Andean mountains of southern Ecuador, La Papaya brings together an unrepeatable geographical condition: altitude, volcanic soils, and microclimates that give life to one of the most outstanding specialty coffees in the country. Here, origin is not just a concept: it is identity, flavor, and territory.

Quality is not born by chance. Producing families have organized under an associative model that allows them to care for every stage of the process, from bean to cup. Thanks to this collective vision, La Papaya coffees have been awarded and recognized both nationally and internationally.

The most emblematic result of this effort is an 89-point export blend, created from selected microlots that reflect the true essence of the place.

The association's flagship coffee is an export blend that reaches 89 points. It is born from the selection of high-quality microlots and faithfully expresses the identity of the territory: clean acidity, natural sweetness, balance, and high-altitude character.
